Dankoi Shipping Policy

• We aim to dispatch orders received on the next business. Sometimes on the same business day depending on the time the order is placed and courier availability.

• We mainly use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and APC and UPS for larger and heavier items.
• All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability.
• Some Items are sent via manufacturers and delivery times may vary.We will continue to keep you up to date with the status of your order from start to finish. Please include your mobile number on your order, you will also receive text message from our couriers wherever posiible.

• Our Standand delivery charge is £7.95 for all orders depending on weight and the delivery service available.
• Delivery Days are working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
• Please note that remote areas such as Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore destinations, which are normally delivered in 2 - 4 working days and may be sublject to a delivery surcharge. You will be notified before delivery of any additional charges that need to be met to satisfy your order.

• Orders received over the weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Certain premium delivery options such at timed or weekend deliveries may be available at a surcharge dependant on the products and destination.
• Dankoi does not accept any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delays in despatch or delays with carriers.
• We cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
• Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages / shortages reported to us within 24 hours, as per our returns policy.
• Whilst we endeavour to ship all orders the following working day, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that all orders will arrive on time.

• Standard delivery is charged at £7.95 per order
• Full Pipe lengths up to 3 metres in length will be charged at £14.95 per order
• If an order requiries shipping on a pallet this is charged at approx £50.00
• Saturday delivery cost is approx £30.00 up to 20 kg subject to destination
• We will contact you should there be any additional charges

• We offer competitive delivery prices to all major overseas destinations subject to the following terms and conditions.
• The courier we use for overseas deliverys is UPS, DHL or FedEx
• Overseas delivery timeframe will vary between 2 and 7 days depending on location.
• Shipping cost for all overseas orders will be confirmed by email prior to despatching goods.
• Please be aware that you may be liable for import duty payable to your local customs before goods are released.
